All sealed bids (1 original, 1 copy and 1 pdf on a usb drive) shall be submitted to Joseph Pardee, Director of Facilities on the lower level of Michell Hall, 437 Pequot Avenue, New London, CT 06320 in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Project name and the name of the Contractor by December 10, 2025 at 2:00pm.
An optional prebid conference for all bidders will be held on-site, meet at the Mitchell College commuter parking lot on DiBiasi Drive, New London, CT 06320 on November 14, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Prospective bidders and their sub-consultants are encouraged to attend.
