A mandatory PRE-BID Conference will be held at 10:00 AM on September 9, 2025 at the South Windsor Water Pollution Control Facility (1 Vibert Road, South Windsor, CT 06074) to view the project site.
Sealed bids for the Odor Control Improvement shall be accepted at the Office of the Town Manager, Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, Connecticut until 11:00 a.m., Prevailing Local Time September 30, 2025, at which place, and time said bids shall be opened and publicly and read aloud.
