One (1) original and two (2) copies of all bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Laurel Park Windows, Siding and Roof Replacement Phase V". If forwarded by mail the sealed envelope must be addressed to "Enfield Housing Authority, 1 Pearson Way, Enfield, Connecticut 06082". Bids must be at the office by the time of the Public Bid Opening date noticed in Section 2, titled KEY EVENT DATES.
