A mandatory pre‐bid walk through will beheld on Friday, June 13, 2025 at 9:00 AM. All interested parties are to meet at the project site, Harvey Fuller Apts., 31 Butler Street, Wethersfield, CT 06109. Bid will not be accepted from contractors who did not attend the walk through.
Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, services, and equipment necessary to complete the “Generator Installation at Harvey Fuller Apartments” will be received by John Rumberger, Executive Director, at the Wethersfield Housing Authority, 60 Lancaster Road, Wethersfield, Connecticut, 06109 until Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the Bid Opening will be returned unopened.
