A pre-bid walk through will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Please meet at the Putnam Housing Authority offices, 123 Laconia Avenue, Putnam, CT 06260-1799. Request for information deadline shall be Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 4:00 pm.
The Putnam Housing Authority will receive sealed bids on or before 1:00 p.m. EST., Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at the office of the Authority located at 123 Laconia Avenue, Putnam, CT 06260-1799 and said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately.
