A non-mandatory pre-response conference will be held at the project site(s). Prospective respondents (referred to herein collectively as the “Respondents” or a “Respondent”) are asked to meet at 188 Sigourney Street, Hartford, CT 06105 at 10:00 AM on January 13, 2025. All interested Respondents are invited and encouraged to attend.

The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (HACH) will receive sealed bids, in triplicate, for the Project entitled: Kent Apartments – Window Replacement & Masonry Repairs until 2:00 PM on January 30, 2025
