Bidders have the option of purchasing either:

a.) New Apartment Building, Drawings and Specs $199.00

b.) Renovation of Existing Buildings, Drawings and Specs $145.00

c.) Both $248.00. 

The Bid Package book is required for all options.   

Include which package you would like a,b, or c when ordering and your Credit Card will be charged accordingly

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at the existing McCluggage Manor Community

Building (Building number 8), 242 Taylor Hill Road, Griswold, CT on Monday, April 17, 2023, at

10AM. All prospective bidders are required to attend.
