Temple Street Apartments

The project includes renovating an existing building with 3-story 4-bedroom units into 1-bedroom flats in two buildings. Building A (55 units, 32,560sf) and D (21 units, 13,810sf). The proposed work includes adding a corridor along the back side of the buildings on floors 2 and 3, adding egress stairs, and a new elevator in the center of building A. Siding improvements include new vinyl siding along the courtyard elevations, and patch and paint the outer elevations which is fiber cement. Courtyard improvements include astro turf areas, fencing, 3 small pergolas, and one large pergola with operable fins. The project also includes renovations to an existing amenity space into a fitness and gathering space. InnoConn Construction Management is accepting subcontractor bids.
