meet at 49 West Avenue, Willimantic, CT 06226 at 2:00 PM on April 1, 2024. All prospective bidders
are invited and encouraged to attend. Any questions that arise after the pre-bid conference shall be addressed
to the Architect in writing. The last day for questions is eight (8) days prior to bid opening.
