Torrington Towers Fire Protection
Bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to construct, equip and finish the above project, in accordance with the documents prepared by Antinozzi Associates, P.C. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to upgrades to the fire protection system, and associated work as shown on drawings and specifications.

A pre-bid conference for all interested bidders will be held at the project site. Attendance is recommended, although not mandatory. The interested bidders are requested to meet at the Torrington Towers, located at 52 Summer Street in Torrington, CT at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 9, 2023. It is suggested that all interested bidders attend the pre-bid conference.
